This is the volley spike, fired by the Pro-tem Chair of the Nigeria Democratic Congress NDC, Adamawa State Chapter Ibrahim Bebetu, to new entrants into the party in the State, led by Aishatu Binani.

Nigeria Democratic Congress NDC, was officially registered on 5th of February, 2026, by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, after a lengthy legal battle almost 9 years after it first applied for registration in 2017.
Across Nigeria, pro-tem Chairmen held sway, as key party stakeholders, however, the Adamawa Protem Chair, Ibrahim Bebetu, says the party in the State is being hijacked by Senator Aishatu Binani, in total disregard for party stipulations for new influential entrants.
Binani went to the National headquarters, bought all the forms meant for Adamawa State and came in here to tell us, that they have already bought the forms and they have given it to their people, and it is their people that they are going to announce as the new excos all over.
How on earth can you meet people in their party and chase them all, bring your people and close the door? This is a Political banditry.
He says the maneuverers are not new from Aishatu Binani, and explains her frequent change of political party, but warns that such coup and banditry will not succeed, as he Bebetu is the official recognized by INEC and wonders how the Binani camp hopes to navigate that tricky part, with so many electoral deadlines to be met by political Parties in May.

The INEC man who was supposed to supervise asked where am I , I said I am suspecting a foul play, so I am no longer participating in this congress. He now said, you know that you are the only one INEC knows as the preterm chairman and we cannot take anything from anybody except you.
Bebetu camp, says do not deal with anyone who claims to be NDC in Adamwa and is not led by Ibrahim Bebetu, who had all the 21 Local Government Chairmen of the NDC present to support the cause of alerting the public of the planned hijack and stopping it right in the tracks. In the meantime, observers and analysts remain unsure of the next moves in the unending chess game being played by actors in the 2027 polls.
